Okkervil River

I heard on rice radio when i was going to one show that Okkervil River was going to be playing a free show at Rice tonight... so i changed my plans.After playing past their set time limit, Rice University shut the power from their set, they continued to play in the dark with what instruments they could. After the crowd's demand for a longer set, Rice returned the power for a short amount of time.
